For international schools
The alumni platform for international schools
A map-based network for graduates who scatter worldwide — with a multilingual interface, a verified directory, and events and mentorship that work across time zones.

One map for graduates scattered across the world
International-school alumni rarely stay in one place — a single class can end up on four continents. Alumnia plots every verified member on an interactive global map, so graduates spin the globe and find classmates by city, industry, or year. Location is shown at city level only; an exact address is never stored.

Chapters keep every campus and cohort close
Spin up chapters by campus, class year, city, or interest. Each one gets its own space, leaders, and events — so a Nairobi campus, a London alumni club, and the class of 2015 can each have a home without fragmenting your community. Everyone still shares the same directory and map.

The whole network in your alumni's pocket
Your community gets real native iOS and Android apps, branded as yours rather than a website in a shell. Members carry the map, directory, events, and opportunities with them, and push notifications bring globally dispersed graduates back to the network.

Built for IB World Schools and every international campus
Search the whole community by city, cohort, industry, company, or role — every member is verified by your school, so there is no spam and no fakes. The interface runs in English, Spanish, and French, meeting graduates and families in the language they are most comfortable with.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Your school runs one alumni network, and chapters let you keep each campus, cohort, or region as its own space with its own leaders and events — while everyone still shares the same global map and directory.
The Alumnia interface is available in English, Spanish, and French, so graduates and families across your international community can use it in the language they are most comfortable with.
Alumnia processes personal data under the GDPR: for members in the EEA there is a defined legal basis (consent for optional processing, contract for core services), international transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and members can exercise access, rectification, erasure, and data-portability rights. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and GDPR inquiries reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@alumnia.net. On hosting specifically: Alumnia is GDPR-conscious by design — ask us for current hosting and data-processing details for your region.
Events show their venue time alongside each member’s own local time, so a reunion or webinar reads correctly whether an alum is in Singapore, São Paulo, or Geneva. Mentorship and warm intros work asynchronously, so connections never depend on everyone being online at the same moment.
