How long does it take to launch?
Create the workspace, confirm your email and configure your network. Your team then chooses an eligible graduate cohort, invites and verifies members, and follows up on participation. A ready workspace does not establish adoption.
Where does the alumni data live?
Institution membership and access roles scope records. Authorized administrators can export supported member/contact lists. Account-deletion requests may leave institution-owned records and required audit information; review the current policies or contact us for your requirements.
Is there a native mobile app?
Yes. Members download Alumnia on iOS and Android and find their own community inside, with push notifications. They get the same experience on the web and on their phone.
Can members control their privacy?
Members edit their profiles and manage consent choices. Contact details are limited by accepted connections and authorized administrator access. The map uses approximate saved city locations, without live device tracking. Review the privacy policy for account and institutional record handling.
What if we already have a member list?
Import a supported CSV list that your institution is authorized to use. Map and review the fields, choose who to invite and follow the membership-verification workflow. Imported contacts and pending invitations are separate from joined, verified members.
